Today I went to ride
The Legacy Trail with a friend. Well, it didnt work out as I has hoped. It really makes me realize how out of shape I am. But first, does anyone have the problem where it hurts to sit on a bike seat? Why is it
soooo uncomfortable! I need to find a bike that I am
comfortably ride. I am going to start looking for a good bike. Riding a bike is actually a lot harder than it looks! First the seat is to uncomfortable then its to high, and blah blah. I got to the point where I was so weak I felt like I was going to throw up. I had to sit down. Well, one of my problems is, I only ate peanut butter on saltines all day. I should've learned from the first time this happened. So for anyone reading this,
you must eat something before you workout!! An apple, cheese & crackers, celery & peanut butter, etc. Atleast something.
Don't workout on an empty stomach! One reason why I always quit at working out is because the first time I do it I get sick and lose my breathe. I hate that feeling, so it pushes me away. I hope that eating something before working out and drinking water throughout the day will help this. Does anyone else get this feeling?
Also another thing I wanted to mention.
You should be eating every 3 hours!! This is a
big problem to me! I never eat enough! When I do eat, it isnt always healthy also. Here is my eating for today..
1:00pm- Saltines with Peanut Butter
1:00pm- A cup of coffee [first cup in almost a week, I think im going to be sticking to tea]
1:00pm- 3 chips ahoy choc chip cookies
6:00pm-Small Fry [mcdonalds]
6:00pm-McDouble
6:00pm-Ice Caramel Mocha
This is what I have eaten all day. YES YES I know, I shouldnt have eaten Mcdonalds. This is where I learn my lesson. After going on my "failed" bike ride I was shakey, and my BS was low so I had to eat something. It was right there and "convenient" I
hate that word! If anything is "convenient" its
probably not good for you! So I'm at my calories for the day but not healthy ones! Im at about 1,300 calories. Im trying to stay between 1,200-1,500 cal a day. I just started doing my calorie counting. I will be putting it on here. Maybe not everyday but maybe 2x a week. What do you guys think?
I want to thank everyone for reading this blog. It really does mean alot to me. I am not going to let you guys down.
