Today I DID NOT want to go to the gym. My stomach hurt and I was tired. But, not going to the gym, isn't an option anymore. So I went. I got in an amazing workout!! I did 4.5 miles on the elliptical [60minutes] then I went on the treadmill and did 1/2 mile. For a total of 5 miles. I total of 70 minutes. My goal this week is so be on a machine for 60 minutes 6x. I know I can do it! I feel great!

You can do it! Keep up the good work! The elliptical is a wonderful machine! I tell my husband it's my lover! I really don't know what I would do with out it!

ReplyDeleteSherry, I used to only do the elliptical, then I was doing really good on the treadmill and didn't want to do the elliptical..now ive fallen back in love with it and don't want to do the treadmill! LOL I need to get back on the treadmill just to switch it up a little and also do the bike!
