Guess what today is? My off day! [at the gym] Not off dieting. I feel like I've been doing really good with eating but I don't think the scale is agreeing with me. I don't get it. I've been having headaches, I would assume it means two things..1. i'm not eating enough and 2. not enough water. Or maybe because my body is getting used to not eating all the crap? Could that be it? Comment below and let me know! Like I said in my last blog, I'm running out of things to eat. But, the good thing is, I'm not craving sweets..at all! This morning I woke up and there were two things of cinnamon rolls sitting on the counter..I didn't even think twice about not eating them. I just don't want them. Tuesday is my sister-in-law's birthday and there will be a Vanilla Cake with Raspberry filling. Which, I do have to say, is my favorite kind of cake, but I don't want to even eat it because there's SOOO much sugar in a piece of cake! Especially since i'm not seeing the numbers fall on the scale, I'm definitely not eating a piece! For dinner [were going to Outback] I will be getting fish! No more steak! [You know what I'm talking about if your keeping up with my blogs]
I want to share one of my favorite meal choices. Chicken Enchilada Suiza Lean Cuisine! It's sooo yummy! Although, I do have one complaint about it..the box says to cook it on 50% power for 9 MINUTES!! That's sooo not right! Today, I put mine in for 5 minutes on 50% power and it was perfect. I really like these because they are only 290 calories, and the perfect amount of food! The sauce on the enchiladas is really yummy! If you put it in for 9 minutes the sauce will be burnt and your rice will be so hard it won't lose its form! No joke! Do any of you have a favorite Lean Cuisine? I think it's very interesting that I can eat one of these and be satisfied, but when I make something, I always go way over in portions and think that if I put so little on my plate that it's not going to be enough. But when I eat something already in portion, it's just enough! 
So, comment below and tell me what your favorite lean cuisines are, or just any easily made meal! I would love to hear them! I also want to try this..
