Today I went to the gym, it was supposed to be my off day, but I really wanted to tan:) It's horrible. They have tanning beds at the gym I go to, and that is also motivation because I don't want to walk into the gym just to tan then leave. I would look really dumb. So I went to workout. My body is hating me right now I think. I've been to the gym 6x this week. I have been wanting to start jogging but I have been scared because I don't want to get discouraged when I cant do it. I downloaded the app C25k on my phone, the PRO one if anyone is wondering. I have had it about a month now. Ive been walking on the treadmill at the gym and never wanted to try to jog..well today I did..and I did good!! I didnt think I could job for more than 30sec to start and I was jogging for 1 minute at a time. After the third jog I wanted to die! haha. My legs were hurting so bad, but my breathing was okay. I was dripping sweat, which was good!! I love sweating when I'm at the gym. If I dont sweat I feel like I didn't do enough.
So there's my report for today. Tomorrow is my day off! I think after 6 days this week my body needs a break! So I will be back on Tuesday!!! :) I hope everyone had a good weekend!
P.S. I'm hiding my scale for 2 weeks [maybe three] I don't want to get discouraged about the number. So I will report my weight in a couple of weeks!
