Today I did 3 miles at the gym. I didn't think I would've done that much! Sometimes before I get to the gym I will think about what I want to do. I used to hate the treadmill! I thought it was like an endless walk, that when you were done you were still in the same place!..which IS true..lol..but I have found a new love for the treadmill! I normally would have done the elliptical. I havent been on it in awhile.
I knocked 3 minutes off my mile today. I was averaging about 20 minute miles [3.0mph] Today I did 17 minute miles! I was very happy. Next goal is to do a 15 minute mile. Hopefully by the end of this week or beginning of next, I can accomplish that!!
My beginning weight was 246, I am now at 240.7. My first goal is to hit the 230's! So I am .8lbs away from that goal. I havent seen the 230's in almost 4 yrs. I was always stuck right around 246-248. I never did hit 250, thank god! So, once I hit the 230's, I will be working towards losing 10 more lbs to hit the 220's! Once I hit 226 my fiance is going to buy me a new pair of shoes:) I'm sooo excited! Then my next big goal is to get under 200. [some people ask me how i'm so brave to share this information for everyone to see..it's because I will never see these numbers ever again. Of course I am ashamed by them, but I cant dwell over that anymore. I have to share my story to try to inspire others!]
