Early Riser!

Happy March 1st! 


I cant believe it's already March! I'm going to be 22 in 5 months! eeek! Hopefully by then I will be down 45-50lbs. I do live 1 mile from the beach so I'm hoping to be under 200lbs when beach season rolls around..although beach season is already here! [I'm going on Saturday:)]


Last night, I told myself, "You're getting up at 630am to go to the gym before work" My fiance laughed at me. I told him I was serious! [I am the farthest thing from being a morning person!] To be honest with you, if I wouldn't had told him I was going, I probably w0uldn't have. I was so tired! My body was in complete shock! BUT I did it! I was at the gym by 650am. I was going to do the treadmill and I walked past the elliptical and it yelled my name:) I will do the treadmill and weights tomorrow! I did the elliptical for 35 minutes. I wasn't feeling to well. I'm not sure if it's because I didn't eat enough or drink enough, but heres a weird fact about me: If I drink plain water, it will upset my stomach. Weird, I know because theres nothing in water. I cannot drink water at night or I will not feel well. When I go to the gym, I put three slices of fresh lemons in my water, or if I'm in a hurry i'll just put lemon juice from the bottle. It makes a huge difference! I talked to my doctor and she said some people do have that problem. It's so weird because water is so healthy. Who would have thought!?


I have been taking pictures of myself everyday after I workout, I'm saving them to my computer so I can compare them after awhile in a collage. I also have body pictures for BEFORE. How often should I compare them? Once a month, two months, or three? I'm not sure how everyone does it. Please comment and let me know!! I will be doing measurements every month! 


One last thing..I went to Mcdonalds this morning to get a black coffee, and I saw a double filet-o-fish. DOUBLE!? Isn't a single bad enough?? I couldn't believe it. No wonder people are so over weight!
