I hope everyone is having a good week so far! Here's where I'm at..
I'm having a really hard time staying motivated. I don't quite know why. Saturday I did not go to the gym but I rode my bike, and Sunday I took a day off..well yesterday [Monday] I did not want to go to the gym, at all. I was complaining on my way there, and still complaining while I was on the treadmill! I don't know what it is. Now it's Tuesday and I don't feel like getting off the couch. I'm hungry, and eating everything. I can't let today ruin my whole accomplishment's that I've made the last three weeks. This week is supposed to be a great week. It's my fourth week of consistently working out, the week where I make my working out a habit. I'm frustrated because I'm stuck at 239lbs. I'm going back and forth between 240-239. I never want to see 240 ever again! And it keeps creeping back in! This morning I weighed in at 239.6. Yesterday was an "I feel fat" day. I went shopping for some new shirts, and while walking around and walking by all the windows and seeing my stomach, really aggravated me! I hate my stomach. I hate the way I look. I know this aggravation will go away, hopefully soon. If anyone has an suggestions on how they get back into a groove..please comment or email me! mybigchange@yahoo.com

i totally understand how you feel!! It is is so hard to stay motivated sometimes! If you hit a plateau just try something different. Swim laps at the pool for 1 hr. Order a workout dvd like jillian michaels 30 day shred. It helps w muscle confusion so you can keep shedding pounds. Websites like myfitnespal.com and sparkpeople.com have message boards and articles where you can get encouragement from people going through the same thing as you. Don't give up!
ReplyDeleteI have a mfp! I like the website! I was actually on it like 24/7 a couple months ago. I have gotten away from it, and need to get back on it. I dont count calories right now, i probably should be. Ive also heard of sparkpeople but never been on it! I should swim at the beach. Get goggles and just swim. i live 1 mile from the beach. I also need to start walking at the beach in the mornings/nights. The workout dvd's sound good!! I have kinect too! I like it, it sure is a workout!!
