Long Time No Post!
I got on this morning to write this blog and the whole layout has changed! I didn't even know how to post.
Anyways, I'm not going to lie, I had a couple of off days. Who Doesn't? I "thought" I hadn't gained any weight but I guess it took some time to catch up with me. I've totally skipped 234. I went from 235 to 233 and if I go back up, I always go to 235. I haven't even seen 234 on the scale. Yesterday I was 235.3 when I weighed in, in the morning. This morning I weighed in and I'm not 233.2. Im THREE pounds away from being in the 220's. That is going to be a great moment to see that. After I see that, I only have 4 pounds to go til I'm down 20lbs. I'm super excited!! I walked the bridge yesterday, I really do believe that working out, makes you lose weight. Not all of what you eat. I walked yesterday 1.7mi and I'm down a pound. I just need to push myself for an hour a day to keep these pounds coming off!!

p.s. I've been looking at pictures from 3 months ago, and I am disgusted at how heavy I looked!! I will do comparison pictures soon!
