Hello Readers! 


Life is good right now. I have started a countdown! I am going on a vacation in 100 days from today! I want to be down 33 lbs. What would put me at 199lbs. I dont want to see a 2 in my weight on my vacation!! I am currently right around 233 lbs. What I need to do is stop eating extra added sugar, and only drink water! A huge problem with me is not drinking enough water. I need to figure out what I can do to get that done! I need to stop going out to eat, and cook healthy at home! We will see how this works! I am going to do this! I want to be able to go shopping for new clothes while away and get a new bathing suit! I will keep you all updated!! :) Here's to 100 days!!

  1. you will do it! you are already on your way and doing well. do it when you are young... it is soooooo much easier. take it from me...51 years of age and so much to lose and its harder than ever at my age. going out to eat isnt a problem... just learn to ask whats in the food you are about to eat and ask for veggies and meats to be prepared without added butter and for the chef to use pam or butter sprays. Ive asked and I was shocked at how receptive the waitresses have been :)
