I'm actually getting sick :/ I'm super bummed. I was having some stomach problems today, and when I woke up it hurt to walk on my foot and my leg hurt..well all that pain went away and then my throat starts to hurt. I can barely swallow right now. I hope I catch it quick enough because I'm not going to let me getting sick ruin my working out. I went on the elliptical today instead of the treadmill. I didn't want to do to much because I was having some problems with my chest today. I did 2.32 miles in 30 minutes, which isn't great, BUT I was at an incline/intensity of 15 instead of 1. So I go slower which means less miles but more intense workout. I like to do it better that way.
I went to Outback tonight and had the biggest steak, so i'm not planning on there being a drop in the scale tomorrow. It was reallllly good but I should have only eaten half! I've learned my lesson!
